Some products at Spicy Mamas Shop may be available through preorders, made-to-order purchases, or other purchase options.

Preorders

Preorders allow you to reserve a product before it is ready to ship. The expected production and dispatch timeline will be provided in the product listing.

If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact us at spicymamasshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. However, this does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once work has begun.
